Sagar Motor Driving School

Our school is located in the Manali Apartments on Tingare Nagar Main Road in Vishrantwadi, Pune. It is a convenient spot for people living in the housing societies around here. Sagar Motor Driving School has been a part of this community for quite a few years. Pune is known for its narrow roads and thousands of two-wheelers, which makes learning to drive a car a bit of an adventure. Our office is just a simple room in the apartment complex. We are not interested in looking like a big corporate entity. We just want to help our neighbors get their driving licenses. I start the morning early, usually before the traffic gets too bad. We go through the basics with every new student—how to adjust the seat, how to check the mirrors, and how to feel the gears. It takes a lot of practice to get used to the flow of traffic in Vishrantwadi. We spend a lot of time on the road, and when we are not driving, we are at the desk filing applications for the learners. The office is quiet in the mornings but gets busy in the evenings when everyone returns from school or work. We just take things as they come and try to be as helpful as possible with the RTO process. It is a practical, local business that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
