You can find us at Amit House on Bajirao Road. Our office is number 1902 in the Sadashiv Peth area. This part of the city is quite old and has a lot of history, which we really like. As Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd., we deal with a lot of property matters and housing projects. The office is often full of maps and site plans spread out over the old wooden tables. It gets a bit dusty with all the old files sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. People come in to ask about homes or to clear up some paperwork. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a busy street outside, always full of bikes and people going about their business. Inside, we just keep things moving at our own pace. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything formal like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will look up and help you out. We take our work seriously because housing is important to people, but we keep the atmosphere here pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time discussing new projects. It’s a local business through and through. We know the roads and the neighborhoods around here better than most. We’re just regular people trying to help other people find a place to live or manage their property matters without any fuss.
