We are based out of Shelter Pride in Sector 11, right in Phase 1. Our office is actually in Flat B 506 on Plot 56/57. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on building plans and talking to contractors. We spend a lot of time looking at different sites and making sure the construction is actually happening the way it should. It’s not always easy, and there are always delays with supplies or labor, but that’s the building business for you. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We like being in a residential building because it keeps us close to the kind of work we actually do. People stop by to ask about plots or how their flats are coming along. We try to be honest about the timelines, even when things are running behind. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on cement and steel prices. Some days are just spent driving between different plots in the sector. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw one of our projects. It's a steady life here in the office, just keeping the projects moving forward one day at a time without any fuss.
