We are located in Soba Tower on Lbs Road, right in the Sadashiv Peth area of Pune. Our office is on the third floor of the B-Wing, suite number 13. It’s a busy spot, especially being so close to Poona Hospital. You can usually hear the city noise from our windows, but it keeps us feeling connected to what's happening. We do construction work, mostly focusing on local projects that need a steady hand. It’s a small team here at Sab Constructions. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or a fancy reception desk. Instead, you’ll find a lot of rolled-up plans and probably some tea being made in the corner. We’ve been in Sadashiv Peth for a while and we like the traditional feel of the neighborhood. Our work keeps us out on the sites most of the time, so the office is mainly for the administrative stuff that we can't avoid. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. There’s no fancy talk here, just talk about bricks, mortar, and deadlines. Sometimes the lifts in Soba Tower are slow, but we don't mind the walk up to the third floor. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by showing up and doing the work as agreed. It’s not a complicated philosophy, but it seems to work for us and the people we build for in Pune.
