Saatyaki Developers Private Limited is located at Flat No 1 in Building No 1 of Arvind Society. We are right on Sinhagad Road in Anandnagar, just behind Santosh Hall. If you know Pune, you know Sinhagad Road is almost always crowded, but our society is a little set back from the main noise. Working out of a flat gives the office a very personal, local feel. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms where we look over development plans and handle the daily admin. Being behind Santosh Hall makes it easy for people to find us. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby; you just come in and we are right there working. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and sorting out project details. There is usually some noise from the neighbors or kids playing in the society, but we don't mind it. It makes the day feel a bit more real. We are just a group of people trying to build things in our local community. We don't use any complicated jargon, we just tell people what we can do and then we get on with it. It's a simple way of doing things that has suited us for a long time.
