Our place is over in Bhosari, right at J-179 in the MIDC area. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s nothing but rows of factories and small engineering shops like ours. It’s a noisy place with the sound of grinding and cutting echoing down the street all day long. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just the shop floor and a small desk where we keep the books. The air always has that sharp smell of cut steel and coolant. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, look at the drawings, and start the machines. Bhosari is a tough place to work in the summer because the tin roofs get so hot, but we’re used to it. We keep a water cooler in the corner and take breaks when we can. It’s honest work. Sometimes the deliveries are late or a machine breaks down, and that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We're just engineers in a busy industrial zone trying to do right by the parts we make. If you’re looking for us, look for the big blue door near the end of the lane. It’s usually open during the day to let some air in.
