S P Properties & Developers is based on the ground floor of 36 Ghorpade Peth. We are right there in Indrayani Nagar. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in when they have questions about property or building stuff. Ghorpade Peth is an old part of town with a lot of history, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We mostly deal with the local development side of things. It involves a lot of site visits and looking at dusty blueprints. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day, and other times we are stuck in the office dealing with government permits and legal documents. It is not always exciting, but it is necessary work. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the city. We just like focusing on projects that make sense for this area. Our office is pretty simple, with just a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just try to be fair with people and give them the facts about what is happening with their property. It is a slow process sometimes, especially with all the rules you have to follow, but we have the hang of it now. People around here know where to find us if they need a hand with property matters and building plans. It is just plain and practical development work.
