Ryan Facades Private Limited operates out of Balmoral Estate in the Baner area. Our office is in flat A 1301. It’s quite high up, so we get a good look at the surrounding buildings. We specialize in the outside parts of buildings, which are called facades. It’s a specific kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail so nothing leaks or looks wrong. We aren't a huge company with a big marketing department or anything. It’s mostly just us working on technical drawings and figuring out how to make things fit together properly on a site. Baner is a place where there is a lot of modern architecture going up, so it’s a good location for us to be. We spend a lot of time on our computers and on the phone with various glass and metal suppliers. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important for how a building looks and holds up over time. We don't use any corporate speak here.
