You can find us over in the Mundhawa area of Pune, right near Ganga Orchard in Pingalewasti. We’re located at S 80, which is a busy little pocket near Hadapsar. This part of town has changed a lot lately with all the new residential buildings and offices going up everywhere. We decided to set up Rvp Hotels and Resorts here because the location felt right for people moving between the city center and the big IT parks. It’s a simple operation, really. We don’t have a massive lobby with marble fountains or anything like that. It’s just a solid, practical place where people can come and stay. Sometimes the construction noise from the neighboring plots can be a bit much during the day, but that's just the sound of Pune growing. We have a small staff who have been with us for a bit. We try to keep the rooms tidy and the check-in process as quick as we can. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a lightbulb goes out or someone forgets to top up the tea supplies in the morning, but we’re on it as soon as we know. Most of our visitors are here for work or visiting family in the nearby societies. We like the local feel of Pingalewasti. It’s got everything you need within walking distance if you don't mind a little walk. We aren't looking to become a global chain; we're just happy running this spot and meeting the people who pass through.
