You can find Rumavi Foods Pvt Ltd at Gala No 5 on the first floor of the Samruddhi Complex. It is an industrial kind of setup. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The complex itself is home to a variety of small workshops and units. Our gala is where all the food preparation happens. It is a tight space, but we have managed to fit all the necessary equipment in a way that works. There is a lot of movement during the day—staff shifting crates, checking temperatures, and making sure the packaging is right. It gets a bit humid in there, especially when the machines have been running for hours. We are not a big factory with thousands of workers. It is just a small group of us making sure the food products are ready for the market. Samruddhi Complex has its own rhythm, with people from different units chatting in the hallways or near the entrance. We keep our head down and focus on our own production. The walls are plain and the lighting is just standard tubes. It is a real working environment, not a place designed for visitors. We take pride in the stuff we make, but we do not talk about it in a boastful way. We just do the work, clean up, and head home.
