Our office is tucked away in the Gulmohar Apartments on Gen Thimmaya Road, right in the Camp area of Pune. We’re up on the second floor in Wing C, Office 4C. It’s a busy part of town, which we actually like because everything is close by. Rubbix Buildcon Pune Llp started because we wanted to do construction work our own way, without all the corporate layers you see in bigger firms. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here. We handle the planning and the phone calls from the office, but the real work happens out at the building sites. Camp has a lot of history and a certain feel to it, and we try to bring that practical energy to our projects. Construction is a tough business with a lot of long hours. You’re always dealing with some kind of delay or a permit that’s taking too long, but you just have to stay patient and keep moving. We don't make big promises we can't keep. Instead, we just show up and do what needs to be done. Most of us have been in this trade for a long time, so we’ve seen most of the problems before. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of tea and coffee.
