You can find us over at SN19A/2A/2B, Flat-417 in the Rajdhani Complex. It’s right near the Shankar Maharaj Math on Satara Road in Pune. Being near the Math means it can get quite crowded on certain days, especially when there are festivals or special prayers going on. The traffic on Satara Road is almost always heavy, but it makes the area feel alive. Our office is up in flat 417, so it stays a bit quieter once you get inside and shut the door. We do real estate and building work, which involves a lot of running around the city to check on different plots and buildings. Pune is changing so fast, and being on this side of town gives us a good view of all the new developments. The Rajdhani Complex is an older building, but it’s sturdy and serves us well for what we need. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything. It’s just a place where we keep our ledgers and meet people who are looking to buy or build something. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or stuck in Pune traffic. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We prefer just talking plainly with people about what’s possible and what’s not when it comes to property. We are just local folks trying to keep up with the city.
