Royal United Buildcon Private Limited

Vardhaman Park on Ambi Road is where we are based, specifically at Flat No 204. It’s a shared sort of space with Santosh Ramchandra Kinekar and Mrs. Rehmpl. We go by Royal United Buildcon, but we don't act like royalty. We’re just regular folks who know how to put a building together. The office is on the second floor, and it’s usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of someone arguing with a supplier on the phone. That’s just how construction goes. You’re always trying to get the right materials at a price that doesn't break the budget. We aren't interested in using a lot of corporate talk or making big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Ambi Road is a good area, and we like being part of the local scene here. Our days are pretty long, starting early before the sun gets too high and ending late when the last of the reports are filed. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have a list of jobs we’ve finished and a few more we’re working on right now. It’s simple, honest work, and we’re happy to keep doing it here in our corner of the neighborhood. Nothing more to it than that.
