We are situated at C 22/2, in Phase Ii of the Chakan Industrial Area. Rossini India Printing Rollers Pvt.Ltd. has its roots right here in this busy section of Chakan. It’s a pretty vast area, and Phase Ii is always humming with activity. Our unit, C 22/2, is where we handle all the printing rollers. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for show. You won’t find any corporate art on the walls here, just calendars and maybe a few notes taped up near the workstations. Chakan can be quite dusty, and the commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where you’re coming from, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s all about the job. We have a small crew and everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don't go in for those long-winded mission statements you see elsewhere. We just show up at Phase Ii and make sure the rollers are being handled correctly. The building is solid and serves its purpose well. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about local news or whatever is happening in the industrial area. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a good while now. The work isn't always easy, and the machines can be temperamental, but we manage to get through it every single day by working together and staying focused.
