Rohan Building Structure Private Limited is located at Modi Baug Commercial Building. It’s on Ganeshkhind Road in the Shivaji Nagar area of Pune. This part of the city is always moving, and there’s a lot of traffic outside our window. We are in the first unit there. Our day-to-day involves a lot of technical stuff regarding how buildings are actually held up. We focus on the structures themselves, making sure everything is built according to the plan. It is a lot of math and looking at steel and concrete specifications. We aren't the kind of place with a big marketing team or fancy brochures. Usually, it’s just us looking over drawings and making sure the measurements are right before any work starts. Building in Pune has changed a lot over the years, and we see new things coming up everywhere. Our office is a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics of a project. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are tight and the weather isn't helping much. But we’ve been at this address for a bit, and we know the Shivaji Nagar neighborhood well. People stop by to discuss their plans, and we see what can be done. It’s practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job and moves on. The building we are in is quite central, so it’s easy for people to reach us from any part of town without too much trouble.
