We are based at Modi Baug Commercial Building on Ganeshkhind Road in Pune. Our office is in the Shivaji Nagar area, which is a really central spot for us. We focus on building establishments, which means we’re involved in the whole process of getting a building set up and running. It’s a lot of work that people don’t always see, like the initial setup and making sure everything is ready for use. Pune is our home, and we’ve watched the city grow quite a bit from this office. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team where everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day we might be at the office handling bills and the next we’re out at a site checking on the foundation. It’s just the way we like to work. Shivaji Nagar is a busy hub, so there is always a lot of energy around. We try to keep our heads down and just focus on the projects we have. We don’t use fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. People in Pune know the Modi Baug building, so it’s easy for folks to drop by if they need to chat. We’ve been here for years and hope to keep doing what we do for a long time. It’s honest labor and we take some pride in seeing a finished project stand tall.
