We operate out of the Modi Baug commercial building on Ganeshkhind Road. Shivaji Nagar is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out at a construction site. Being in Pune, specifically the 411001 area, means we’re close to a lot of the older parts of the city as well as the new developments. We focus on the actual building and erection side of construction. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the steel and concrete go where they are supposed to. Our office isn't the most organized place in the world because we always have blueprints and site notes lying around. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a good understanding of how things work on the ground here. It’s not always easy, especially with the regulations and the logistics of getting materials through Pune traffic. But we make it work. We are a straightforward group. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us mid-meeting or on the phone with a contractor. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy marketing. We just know how to put buildings together. It’s a tough industry but we’ve got a rhythm now. Shivaji Nagar has changed so much, and it’s interesting to be part of that change through the projects we take on. We just stay focused on the work and getting the next foundation poured and set correctly for the building owners.
