We’ve been set up in the Modi Baug building for a while now. It's right on Ganeshkhind Road, which anyone in Shivaji Nagar knows gets pretty jammed during rush hour. Most of our days are spent juggling the building side of things with the logistics operations. It’s a lot of coordination. Usually, someone is on the phone tracking a shipment while someone else is looking at construction schedules. We aren't a huge office, just a handful of us trying to keep things moving. Pune is a busy place to work. Being in Shivaji Nagar helps because we are central, but it means we deal with a lot of noise from the street. We don’t have fancy lunchroom setups, we mostly just grab something from the nearby stalls or bring tiffins from home. Sometimes the logistics side gets messy with paperwork and delays, but that’s just how the business is. We try to be straightforward with the people we work with. It's not always smooth sailing, but we show up every morning and get through the list of tasks. The building side takes time too, with lots of site visits and checking on materials. We’ve been at this spot in Pune for a bit, and the locals know where to find us if they need to talk. It's a practical setup, nothing too flashy, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee. We just handle the daily grind as it comes.
