Our office is located at Modi Baug, right on Ganeshkhind Road in the Shivaji Nagar area of Pune. It’s a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been in the building business for quite some time now. Pune is a city that never stops expanding, and being in a central place like Shivaji Nagar keeps us right in the middle of everything. We handle builders’ work and shelters, which basically means we’re involved in making homes and other buildings. It’s a busy office, but we keep it pretty simple. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything. Most of the time, our boots are dusty from being at the sites. We deal with architects, laborers, and regular folks looking for a place. Ganeshkhind Road gets a lot of traffic, but once you’re inside the commercial building, it’s a good place to work. We have a solid team that knows the Pune market well. We’ve seen the city grow from a quiet pensioner’s town to what it is today. It’s a lot of responsibility to build things where people are going to live. We just take it day by day and focus on the project in front of us. It’s practical work. We aren't here to talk a big game, just to get the structures up and make sure things are done right. That's how we’ve always operated. We like the energy of Shivaji Nagar and the variety of people we meet.
