Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar, right there in the Modibaug Commercial Building. If you’ve driven down Ganeshkhind Road, you probably know the area quite well. We focus on the building and dwelling side of things here in Pune. It’s a bit different from just raw construction because we have to think about the people actually moving into the spaces later on. The office can get a bit loud with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking over site plans or talking to various contractors. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get the paperwork sorted. We aren't into those big corporate meetings; we usually just talk across the desks. Building homes or places for people to stay is a lot of responsibility. Things don't always go exactly as planned on a site, so we spend a lot of time fixing small issues before they become big ones. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about making sure the structures are solid and the people who live there eventually are happy enough. Not much more to it than that for us.
