We are based out of Flat No-D-701 in Wonder City, which is right in the Katraj area of Pune. Rlp Developers Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group of people who just know how to build things. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at site reports and trying to coordinate with the crews. Katraj can get pretty crowded, so having the office here is convenient for getting around this side of town. We don't have much of a lobby, just a place where we sit and figure out the next steps for our projects. Some days are smoother than others. You might hear us arguing about a delivery that didn't show up on time or trying to figure out a plumbing issue on a new floor. It’s just the usual stuff that comes with being developers. We’ve been part of the Pune scene for a while now, and we like being tucked away in Wonder City. It feels more like a home office than a cold business center. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and the tea gets cold because we're busy, but we get the job done. That’s pretty much the whole story of who we are and what goes on here daily.
