Rising Japan Infra Mumbai Llp is actually based in Pune, which might confuse some people since the name has Mumbai in it. We are situated on Bhau Patil Road, specifically in Flat 4 of the Shilp Housing Society in Bopodi. It is more of a quiet residential area than a loud commercial hub, which is nice when you want to focus. The building is older, and our office is just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We have some desks set up in what used to be the living room and another one in the smaller room. Most of our day is spent dealing with infrastructure planning and keeping track of various site requirements. It’s a small group here, so we all know each other well. Often, the afternoons are quiet except for the sound of the traffic on the road nearby. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby; you just come up to the flat and knock. Usually, we are busy with some spreadsheets or talking to people on the phone about materials and labor. Living and working in Bopodi is fairly convenient for those of us who live nearby. We usually bring our own lunch or go to a small shop nearby if we forgot. It’s a practical way to run things without having to deal with the high rents of a massive office building in the center of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
