Riddhi Infra Iconic Realty LLP is based in Pune, specifically over on Shankarshet Road. Our workspace is located at Flat No 18 within the Bhakti Apartment building at number 402. Shankarshet Road is one of those lively streets that always seems to be on the move, so being situated here keeps us right in the thick of the city's energy. We operate out of this fourth-floor spot, and it is a pretty simple setup for us. We use the area to manage our various realty and infrastructure projects. It is not some high-end gallery or a fancy corporate suite; it is just a place where we keep our maps, files, and computers. We started this venture because we wanted to be part of the way Pune is expanding. We do not spend much money on big ads or polished brochures. Instead, we just focus on the actual work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes the parking around the apartment can be a bit tight, but that is just something you deal with in this part of town. We have been at Bhakti Apartment for a while now and we genuinely like the location. It is quite easy for us to get to our different project sites from here. We are just a small group of people working hard and trying to stay organized. Most of our days are long, but we really like the feeling of finishing a project.
