RESOLUTE BUILDCON LLP

Resolute Buildcon is situated in Pune, over in the MIDC Chinchwad area. We are in the Swapnapurti Society, specifically Flat Number 12 on Plot RH118 in G Block. It’s an industrial and residential mix around here, which is pretty common for Chinchwad. Our office is a flat, so it has a very lived-in feel to it. We don’t have a big signage outside or anything like that. It’s just where we handle the paperwork and meetings for our building projects. Pune City can get quite busy, but this society is tucked away enough to be productive. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There’s always someone coming in with news from a construction site or a delivery. We use simple desks and chairs, nothing fancy at all. The kitchen in the flat is where we make coffee and take short breaks. Most of our day is spent looking at budgets or talking to engineers on the phone. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code, we just wear what’s comfortable for a day at the office or on-site. Chinchwad is a good base for us because we are close to many of our suppliers. It’s an honest way to run a business, just staying focused on the tasks at hand and making sure our builders have what they need to finish the job.
