Our main base is out by the Mumbai-Bangalore highway in Pune. We’re right across from the Regency Classic area at Level S.No.36/1/1. Being so close to the highway means it’s always a bit loud outside, but it makes it easy for us to reach our different project sites without getting stuck in too much city traffic. We’re Renozo Developers, a small team of people who just like building things. Our office isn't anything special. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Most of our work happens on the ground where the actual construction is going on. We spend a lot of time wearing hard hats and talking to the masonry crews. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over again. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. If something needs to be decided, we just talk it out and do it. Pune is growing so fast that there's always something new happening near the highway. We try to stay focused on our own projects and not get distracted by all the noise. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't here to promise anything impossible, just to do a decent day's work and build things that people can actually use. That is basically what we do every day.
