Redlich Industries Private Limited is based at S No 83/1, specifically Plot No 22 in Sainath Nagarnigadi. It is a small setup and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. Most people who come here already know where we are tucked away. The workshop is where we spend almost all our time. It is not always perfectly clean because we are usually right in the middle of a project. There are tools on the walls and parts on the tables most days. We don't have a group of people in suits making decisions. It is just a few of us talking about what needs to happen next. We use everyday English and don't try to sound like we are bigger than we actually are. The neighborhood of Sainath Nagarnigadi is home to a lot of hard-working people, and we feel like we fit right in. We don't go for those polished marketing brochures or professional photography. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by and look at the work on the floor. It is just an honest way to make a living. We show up early, do what is required, and try to make sure everything is sorted before we head home for the evening. We are just regular people doing a job.
