Realcon Landmarks Llp is based over in Koregaon Park, specifically on the 4th floor of Arth Vishwa. You can find us at Lane No. 5, right at Fp 353 S 26/3+4+5. It is a pretty active part of town to be in. We have been working out of this office for some time now, mostly handling local property matters and development things. It isn't a very large team here, just a handful of us sitting at our desks doing the usual paperwork. The office is functional, nothing too flashy or over the top. We spend a lot of our days on the phone or looking over site plans. Being in Koregaon Park means there is always something going on outside. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We don't really go for big corporate talk. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. People come by to discuss various land projects or just to drop off documents. The 4th floor location is alright, though waiting for the elevator can be a bit of a pain during the lunch rush. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We’ve got plenty of files piled up and the coffee machine gets a lot of use. That is basically the long and short of it for us at Realcon Landmarks Llp.
