Rd Landmark Llp

Our office is in Swastik Residency, right near Brahma Park in Wakad. It’s on the second floor, flat number two. Rd Landmark Llp is basically a small group of us trying to make a living in the real estate world of Pune. Wakad has changed so much lately with all the new buildings and roads. It’s hard to keep up sometimes. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and the afternoons out at different sites. It’s not a fancy life. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long meetings. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us doing the daily grind. We deal with land and landmarks, hence the name. Pune is a busy city and the 411057 area is always buzzing. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. It’s not always easy to explain the technical details of a project, but we try our best. We’ve had some long days and some short ones. Mostly, we just want to get through the week and see some progress on our projects. It's a lot of coordination with different people. You meet all sorts in this business. We just keep our heads down and keep working. The weather gets hot in the summer, but we keep going. Sometimes the traffic in Wakad makes us late, but we get there.
