Rayka Developers Llp is based over in Manjari Bk. Our office is at S No 65/2, specifically Flat No A4/601 in Grand Bay. It is more of a residential setup for an office, which works out well for us. Manjari Bk is growing fast, and there is a lot of development happening all around these days. We are right in the middle of it. We spend our days looking at land and talking about new building projects that might come up. It’s not a corporate skyscraper environment with elevators and security guards. It’s just us working on laptops and taking calls from contractors and suppliers. Being in Grand Bay means we are right where the action is. Sometimes we are out on the field checking the soil or the foundation work. Other times we are just trying to get the local authorities to sign off on our plans, which takes forever. It’s a lot of back and forth between the site and the office. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people seeing our work and talking about it. Construction and development take a long time, and you have to be very patient with the whole process. We try to be realistic about how long things take and what the costs will be. It is a lot of small steps to get a big project finished. We are just local developers trying to make a mark in this area.
