RAVIRAJ REALTY DEVELOPERS LLP is based in the Millenium Star building on D P Road. We occupy offices one through five, so we have a decent amount of space for our team. We are located right near Ruby Hall, which is a very well-known spot in this part of town. The traffic on D P Road is almost constant, and there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. Inside, the office is a mix of desks, cabinets full of files, and a few tables for meetings. It is a functional space where we handle all the reality of development projects. We do not have any slogans or grand visions posted on the walls. We just have a lot of work that needs to be done. Sometimes the office is quiet when everyone is out at the sites, and other times it is loud with everyone talking at once. We have been in this Millenium Star location for a while, so we have a routine down. We know the local guys who deliver the mail and the best places to grab a quick lunch nearby. It is a practical environment where we deal with the ups and downs of the real estate market. We do not pretend to be something we are not. We are just a local developer trying to stay on top of our projects in a busy city. That is how we have always done things here.
