Our office for Rathi Lightnin Mixers Pvt. Ltd. is at 1162/2 in Shivajinagar. We are right behind the Simla Office Observatory, which is a big landmark in this part of Pune. It is an interesting area because of the history and the old buildings nearby. The observatory grounds have a lot of trees, so it stays a bit cooler on our side of the street. The building we are in has been around for quite a while. Inside, it is mostly just desks, drawing boards, and files related to our mixer designs. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of blueprints spread out. The staff here has a lot of experience, and some of the senior guys have been working in Shivajinagar for decades. We get a lot of people asking for directions because of the observatory nearby. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops opening up, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We come in, check the orders, talk to the factory guys, and manage the logistics. We usually go to the local canteen for tea twice a day. It is a very established feel here. No one is trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or modern art. It is just a practical place for engineering work and staying on top of our daily tasks. We prefer it this way because it is familiar and efficient.
