Rashmi Industries

Rashmi Industries is based out of B 10 in Deccan Gymkhana, right inside the Deccan Mall area near the post office. It’s a busy part of town, so we’re always in the middle of the local hustle. Our work is centered on solar manufacturing and assembly. The space we have is more of a workshop than a fancy showroom. There are tools everywhere, and the smell of soldering is pretty common. We don't spend much time on polished speeches. Most of the time, we’re just trying to figure out how to improve a frame or fix a batch of faulty cells. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, like checking connections and testing the output of the panels before they go out. We’ve been in Deccan Gymkhana for a while, and we’ve seen the mall area change quite a bit. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk about the work while we’re doing it. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We wear regular clothes, get our hands greasy, and deal with the frustrations of supply chains just like everyone else. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to shuffle the schedule around to keep people busy. It’s just the reality of running a small industrial spot. We focus on the things we can control, like making sure the bolts are tight and the glass is clean. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just making sure the equipment works as it should.
