Raptech Engineering Pvt Ltd

You can find us over at 44/1 Warje Khetwadi. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but it is a good spot for what we do at Raptech Engineering Pvt Ltd. We have a lot of heavy equipment and tools, so we need the space. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of wire, and there is always a smell of oil in the air. We don't have a fancy lobby with a water fountain. If you come to see us, you’ll probably have to walk past a lathe or a welding station to find someone to talk to. We spend our days building parts and trying to solve mechanical problems that other people can't figure out. It is loud and it can get pretty hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we are looking at a drawing or ordering some raw materials. Most of the guys have been working with machines their whole lives. We take a lot of pride in just making things that actually work and last a long time. Sometimes a project gets stuck because a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, but we just fix it and keep moving. It is just everyday engineering work. We are part of the local industrial community here in Warje and we like it that way.
