The office itself is pretty simple. We have some files stacked up and a few old computers. It isn't the kind of place with a glass front or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, the staff is out on-site or dealing with the logistics of getting materials where they need to go. We deal with the heat and the dust just like everyone else around here. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, and we just take a break until it comes back. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing department. We just have a small group of people who know how to get things built. Living and working in Dhankawadi means you get used to the narrow lanes and the constant sound of bikes. It is a practical place for a practical business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the next step of whatever project is currently in front of us.
