Ramling Land Developers LLP operates out of a flat in Shirur. Specifically, you can find us at Sardar Peth, Flat No 3 in building 204. It’s not a big corporate glass building or anything. We prefer it this way because it’s closer to where the actual land is. Shirur is a growing place, and we spend a lot of time looking at plots and checking boundaries. Working from a residential-style office means we don't have to deal with the noise of the main city center all the time. Our day usually starts with tea and a look at the maps. Land work involves a lot of waiting on documents and visiting different sites to see how the soil looks or where the roads might go. We are a small group, just a few of us really, so when someone calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just doing our part in Sardar Peth. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with land. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and making sure things are lined up right. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the local spots. It’s quiet work, mostly.
