Ramasa Infra Tech is based at Plot No. 12, Empire Estate, which is on the Mumbai Pune Road in Chinchwad. Our CTS number is 4510/1 if you are looking at the official records. Empire Estate is a well-known spot, so we don't usually have to give people too many directions. The traffic on the Mumbai Pune Road is something we have to deal with every day, and it can be a real headache during rush hour. We are in the infrastructure business, so we do a lot of planning for roads and buildings and things like that. The office is just a regular workspace where we keep our maps and project files. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office; we just want a place that works for us. Chinchwad is a busy part of Pune and being right on the main road helps us stay connected to everything. We have a few people who have been with us since the beginning, and we just try to get through our task list every day. It is a lot of phone calls and meetings, honestly. Some days are better than others, especially when a big project finally wraps up. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local company in Chinchwad doing our bit in the construction world. We like the area and the people here.
