Rama Shankar Buildcon Llp is based out of the Rama Equator building in Pimpri. We take up a good chunk of the tenth floor, from Office No 1001 all the way to 1007. The building is located on Plot No 1, 2, and 8, near Sno 150 and 151 in the Morwadi area. It’s a large space, but we need it for all the stuff we have going on. Pimpri is a busy industrial and residential hub, so there is always a lot of movement around the office. Even though we have several rooms, it still feels like a local operation. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different offices on this floor. It’s not all shiny and perfect; we have stacks of files and boxes just like any other working place. The views from the tenth floor are okay, but we’re usually too busy to look out the windows much. We’ve been in Morwadi for a while now and know the area pretty well. It’s a practical location for a building company. We don't really do the corporate talk or wear suits every day. It's mostly just jeans and work shirts here. We get the work done and keep things moving. Being at Rama Equator makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop off documents. It’s a high-up spot but we keep our feet on the ground. Everything just runs from this tenth-floor setup and we stay focused on our daily construction tasks.
