We’re based in Pune at the Atur Park Society on Koregaon Road. Our office is actually in a residential building, Building No 6, Flat No 4. It’s a quiet place to work, which is nice because Koregaon Park can get pretty loud on the weekends. Ram Realty Llp has been running from here for a while. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big neon sign. It’s just a regular office where we handle property sales and management. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people to show them around different sites. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who have a lot of experience with the Pune real estate market. We prefer keeping things low-key and honest. We don’t use any of those promotional mission statements you see everywhere. We just tell people the facts about a property and let them decide. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy with people coming in for tea and a chat about the local market. Parking around Koregaon Road can be a bit of a hassle for our visitors, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here long enough to know everyone in the society, and we like the personal feel of working from a flat rather than a big glass building.
