We run Rajyog Buildcon Private Limited from Yewalewadi, down in the Kondhwa Bk area of Pune. Our specific spot is at Survey Number 3-1-1, Property 1538. It’s a part of Pune that has been expanding quite a bit recently. We spend our time managing different building projects and trying to keep everything on schedule. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking over each other and the hum of the old air conditioner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk or polished presentations. We just show the plans and tell people what’s possible and what isn't. The construction business in Pune is pretty competitive, but we just stick to our own way of doing things. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when a deadline is coming up. We deal with all sorts of people, from suppliers to folks looking for their first home. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where nothing seems to go right, but that’s just the reality of building stuff. We like being in Yewalewadi; it’s got a good feel to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works. There’s no secret to it, just a lot of hours and a bit of patience.
