Our small team works out of Chinchwad in Pune. We are located at Parshwanth Pratishtha, specifically in Flat No. B-11. The building is in the Purnanagar area, which is pretty close to Nakshatram. It’s a decent spot to be in because everything you need is just a short walk away. The office itself is just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet up to discuss projects. Most mornings, we grab some tea nearby before settling in. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, though you can hear the usual Pune traffic if you open the windows. We like being in Chinchwad because it feels more like a community than the bigger city centers. People around here know each other, and we often run into the same folks at the local shops. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big reception desk. It is just a place where we sit down and get the daily work done. Sometimes the parking near the building gets a bit crowded, but we manage. We spend our hours going through papers and taking calls from different people about our ongoing work. It is a straightforward setup that suits us well. Being on the ground level or the first few floors of these buildings makes it easy for people to just drop in when they have something to discuss about the local area.
