Rajshanti Construction Private Limited is located over in Nanded City. Our specific spot is Flat No 104 in the B-18 building of Mangal Bhairav. If you have been to Sinhgad Road, you know it is a very busy part of Pune. Nanded City is like its own little world though. It is much quieter once you get inside the gates. We decided to use this flat as our office because it is convenient. We have a few desks set up in the main room. It feels more like a home than a regular office which we actually like. It makes it easier to focus on the work. We spend a lot of time talking about site plans and materials. Outside the window you can see the other buildings in the complex. It is a nice area with lots of trees and families walking around. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have a big corporate structure. If someone calls, they usually talk to one of us directly. We handle construction projects in and around Pune. The traffic on Sinhgad Road can be a nightmare sometimes so we try to time our site visits carefully. It is a lot of hard work but we have been doing it for some time now. We are just normal people trying to run a business in 411041.
