We are located in Hadapsar, specifically at 171/2/201 in the Pandurang Krupa building. If you know the Sai Baba Mandir around here, we are very close to that. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. Our office is more like a workshop and a storage space combined. We handle solar water heaters and panels, so there’s always some hardware lying around. The building itself is older, and we’ve been here quite a while. Most of the people in the area know where we are. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; we’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and a corner where we keep the tools. We spend a lot of time on rooftops across Pune, so the office is mainly for planning the day’s route and talking to customers who drop in. Sometimes the temple bells are quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have tea together in the morning before everyone heads out to different sites. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep everything running smoothly. We don't do much advertising; most people just see our sign or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like Hadapsar. Sometimes we have to move heavy water tanks up the stairs, which is tough, but it’s part of the job. We just keep going.
