Raj Rajeshwar Projects LLP

Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar, right near Sancheti Hospital at Ramsukh House. If you've been around Thube Park, you probably know the building. We are up on the first floor in offices 103 and 104. Raj Rajeshwar Projects is a name we’ve worked under for some time now. Most of the time, we’re just dealing with the daily grind of project management. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Being in Shivaji Nagar is handy because everything is central. We can get to most of our sites pretty quickly from here. The office isn't anything too special, just desks and plenty of files stacked up. We have a few people helping out with the accounts and the site visits. Sometimes the traffic around the hospital makes getting in a bit slow, but that’s just Pune for you. We handle various building projects around the Haveli area too. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just keeping the projects on track and making sure the legal bits are sorted. You’ll find us there most mornings with tea and a list of things to do. We’ve been part of the local business community here for a while and it feels right being in this neighborhood. It’s a practical spot for an LLP like ours. We just keep our heads down and work on the next task at hand. There is always something to fix or check.
