Our office is at 3 Bavdhan on Rolling Mill Road. We are inside the compound at Raj Vimal Terraces in Madanayakanahalli. It’s a bit of a quiet area except for when the nearby mill is running. We spend our time talking to people about buying property or renting shops. Bavdhan is growing quickly and we try to keep up with all the new buildings. Our office has a few desks and some chairs for clients. We have some large maps on the wall that show the different plots. It’s not a corporate setup. We usually just wear casual clothes and keep the door open for some breeze. We spend a lot of time walking around at construction sites. Our shoes are usually a bit dusty because of that. We have to check on the progress of the buildings and talk to the workers. Sometimes the legal papers take a long time to get sorted and we have to be patient. We aren't a big agency with a lot of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past. We drink a lot of water because it gets very hot in the afternoons. We just try to give people the right information so they can make a choice. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been at it for a while now.
