Raj Fresh Vegetable

You can find us at Khondhwa 3rd Cross, specifically at 5th Block, 3rd Stage 5. That is where Raj Fresh Vegetable operates. It is basically just a spot where we bring in vegetables and sort them out for the day. Being in Khondhwa means we see a lot of different people coming through. The space is simple and we don't have any fancy decorations. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily arrivals. Some days the tomatoes are great, other days the spinach is better. We take what we get and put it out for people to see. There is a lot of dirt and leaves to sweep up at the end of every day. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. The doors open early and we start working. Usually, we are tired by noon but there is always more to do. The crates are heavy and the weather can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the summer. A fan keeps us going while we move between the stalls. Our neighbors know us well by now since we’ve been here at this address for a good bit of time. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't overthink it. Our focus stays on the vegetables and the customers who come by looking for something for their dinner that night. Sometimes we run out of things early and close up for the day. It's a quiet end to a long morning.
