Gro

Our office is in Gangakunj Society, specifically at I 402. We’re located in the Kalas area of Vishrantwadi here in Pune. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in some big glass tower downtown. The society is usually pretty lively with kids playing or neighbors chatting near the parking area. We chose the name Gro because it’s short and gets right to the point, much like how we try to work. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with new shops opening up. The walk from the main gate of Gangakunj to our block is just a couple of minutes. Inside, it’s just a standard setup with enough space for us to get our daily tasks done without tripping over each other. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or presentations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or handling the small details that keep a business like this running. It’s a practical way to work, and being in Vishrantwadi means we’re away from the worst of the city traffic. We usually keep the windows open to let some air in, and you can hear the sounds of the society all day long. It feels like being part of a community rather than just an office. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to be overly formal about it.
