Our little office is located in Pune, specifically at flat number 15 in the Chandranil Society. It’s near Dskranvara, and the landmark most people use is SS Kulkarni. Reliable Fruit Export Com started because there’s so much good produce around this part of Maharashtra and it needs to get to other places. We spend most of our mornings talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. Exporting fruit isn't as easy as it sounds because things can spoil if you aren't careful with the timing. We don't have a huge warehouse right here in the society; this is more where the paperwork happens and where we make the calls to the ports. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but it works for us. Pune is a good place to be for this kind of business. The weather is usually decent, though the monsoon rains can make logistics a bit of a nightmare when the roads get muddy and the trucks are delayed. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a shipment is stuck and we have to stay on the phone until late at night. We are just a small team trying to keep the wheels turning. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go without any trouble. It’s mostly about paying attention to the small details and keeping the growers happy.
