Samrudhi Nov Veg

We’ve been here at 491 Shaniwar Peth for a while now. If you know where the Dakshin Mukhi Maruti Mandir is, we’re just right behind it. It is a busy little pocket of Pune. Most days it’s just us doing our thing with the non-veg menu. People call us Samrudhi Nov Veg. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot in Shaniwar Peth. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the street outside because of the temple visitors. We see a lot of local faces coming through. It is mostly just the same routine every morning, getting things ready for the day. Shaniwar Peth has that old city feel to it which we really like. We have the 411030 pincode and we’re right in the middle of all that history. It is not like those big corporate places in the newer parts of town. Here, you step out and you are right in the narrow lanes. We just focus on the food and keeping the place running. There is not much else to say really. We are easy to find if you just look for the Mandir landmark. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic and people walking by but that is just Pune for you. We’ve stayed in this same spot and haven't really changed much over the years. It is a straightforward non-veg place for people who live nearby or are passing through Shaniwar Peth.
