We’re situated in Thergaon, specifically on Street No 5 in Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar. Our office is right above Hotel Shivanjali, so if you’re looking for us, just look for the hotel sign. We’re also directly opposite Swiss County, which is a big landmark in this area. It’s a lively spot with a lot of shops and food joints around. Being above a hotel means it can get a bit noisy during lunch and dinner times, but we don't mind. We handle systems and technical setups, so the office is full of wires, spare parts, and tools. It’s definitely a workspace, not a showroom. We spend our days troubleshooting issues or putting together new units for customers. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them. We’ve been in this part of Thergaon for a few years now and know the local shopkeepers well. There’s a lot of dust because of the road traffic, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning. It’s a small team here, and we usually just focus on whatever task is right in front of us. We aren't big on formality; we just want to make sure the equipment is working like it should before it goes out the door. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a repair, but there’s always good food nearby so it’s not too bad. It’s a practical, busy little office.
