Our office is located at S.No.168/2 in Pimple Saudagar. We are on the 4th floor of the R K Lunkad Business Centre, specifically in office number 401. It’s a name that is easy to remember since it matches the company, R K Lunkad Builders Llp. Pimple Saudagar has changed so much since we first started working here. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and cars everywhere you look. Being on the 4th floor gives us a decent view of the street, though we are usually too busy with blueprints to look out the window. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a printer that occasionally decides not to work when we’re in a hurry. We spend our time dealing with builders and making sure our projects are moving along. It’s a lot of small details that most people wouldn’t think about. We don’t have a fancy marketing person or a polished way of talking. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes we stay late to finish a report, and other times we’re out on a site most of the day getting our shoes dusty. It’s honest work, and we’ve got a good little group here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things organized in the office. It’s not always easy, but we make it work for the people who hire us.
